All products will ship within 3-5 business days of order date.
The product(s) you receive might vary slightly from the product picture due to the nature of your product(s) being 100% handmade.
Care for your new product(s) by:
* Follow label instructions if specific storage guidelines are included.
* Store in a cool, dry place away from moisture and direct sunlight
* Always use clean hands or included product applicators to maintain the integrity of the product.
* Be mindful of the printed expiration date on the bottom of your product package. Because our products are handmade and without a lot of synthetic ingredients, they have a limited shelf life.
Your product(s) can be damaged if:
* Stored in direct sunlight
* Stored in the shower or other area that exposes it to water and moisture
* Dipping unwashed hands into the product may affect the integrity of the product.

At this time we do not offer international shipping. We hope to offer this option in the near future.
We do our best to apply fair shipping costs to each order.

* We offer free shipping for orders over $50
All orders will ship within 3 business days via USPS Priority Mail.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from The Stillroom Botanicals the unused portion may be returned for a refund or exchange. We want you to love your products so please reach out to us so we can work with you to figure out the best option. email@example.com
In the event that your order arrives damaged, please email firstname.lastname@example.org
Personalized and/or customized goods are exempt from being returned unless the product arrives defective.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check with your bank or credit card company. Each institution has it’s own set processing time before funds post to an account.
